Customer Service Agent
based in Athens
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Agent based in Athens.

We work across a network of trusted Agents to offer our Customers innovative payment solutions.

Main responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and manage complaints
- Manage and process customers and subagents’ requests in collaboration with other departments
Requirements
- Lyceum, IEK, BSc degree
- 2-3 years of previous experience in customer support role/customer service or equivalent
- Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office/ CRM system)
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Flexibility and adaptability in performing additional tasks where needed
Important information
- Customer Service working hours: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 – 21:00
- Rolling schedule
