In case you cannot visit a service point or you do not prefer online transactions, you can send money by phone, by calling 800 100 2020 (toll-free from a landline) or (+30) 210 900 5000, from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 21:00. Payment can be made either via your debit/credit card or the PayByBank automated bank deposit.
