Send Money

    1. Check that you have all of your receiver’s bank details.
    2. Log in or Register to start your transfer.
    3. Enter your destination and amount.
    4. Select “bank account” as delivery method and enter the receiver’s bank account details.
    5. Pay by debit or credit card or by bank deposit via PayByBank-Western Union.
    6. We will send you a confirmation email with your 10-digit money transfer control number (MTCN). Share this number with your receiver.

Note: Delivery options may vary by destination. To send money to your recipient’s bank account, select the local currency of the country you are sending your money to.

This is your fastest option, pay by debit or credit card and your money is ready to be collected in minutes.

  1. Log in or register and to start your transfer.
  2. Enter destination and amount, then select “Cash in Minutes at a point of service” and card payment.
  3. Enter the receiver’s name and address.
  4. Pay with your credit or debit card.
  5. We will send you a confirmation email with your 10-digit money transfer control number (MTCN). Share this number with your receiver.

  2. Enter the destination and the amount then choose to pay by “bank transfer PayByBank“.
  3. Completing the transfer process we will send you a confirmation email with a payment code.
  4. You can then go to your preferred web banking and choose PayByBank – Western Union to pay your transfer.
  5. Once you have completed your bank deposit we will send you a confirmation email with your 10-digit money transfer control number (MTCN). Share this number with your receiver.

  2. Enter destination and amount, then select ‘cash withdrawal’ and card payment.
  3. Enter the receiver’s name and address
  4. Pay with your credit or debit card
  5. We will send you a confirmation email with your money transfer control number (MTCN).
    Note: Share this number with your receiver for a quick cash withdrawal.
  1. Log in or register to your mobile app and click the “Send Now” button to begin your transfer.
  2. Start a transfer. Enter the destination and the amount, then choose to pay with a bank accoun.
  3. Enter the destination and the amount then choose to pay by automated bank transfer (PayByBank).
  4. You can then go to your preferred web banking and choose PayByBank – Western Union to pay your bills.
  5. Once you have completed your bank deposit we will send you a confirmation email along with the money transfer control number (MTCN) that you should share with your receiver.

Send money from any of the service

You can easily transfer money directly to a bank account in Greece or abroad. All you need is the name and address of the receiver’s bank, the respective bank account number or IBAN, the amount and currency of the transfer.

  1. Check that you have all the bank details for your recipient and look for a service near you.
  2. Go straight to the counter with your ID and the receiver’s bank account information.
  3. Pay by cash.
  4. Save the receipt with money transfer control number (MTCN).
    Note: Share this number with your recipient to keep track of your shipment.

Send money via

Call us free of charge from a landline to 800 100 20 20 or 210 900 5000 from your mobile.

  1. Inform our representative with all the required information (sender and receiver name, shipping amount, details of bank account etc.).
  2. Our representative will give you the Money Transfer Control Code (MTCN) as well as a 4-digit number.
  3. Transfer your money through bank transfer in the account corresponding to one of the following bank accounts along with placing the 4-digit number as a reason for payment.
    After the bank transfer is completed, the code is activated

  4. You can also pay with your card following the instructions of Customer Service.
  5. Save the money transfer control number (MTCN) and share it with your receiver for quick cash pickup.
